Welcome to Areej. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Areej Online Store (referred to as “the Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any user or customer accessing or purchasing from our platform (referred to as “the Customer,” “User,” “you,” or “your”).

By completing a purchase or utilizing this website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by all the provisions set forth below:

1. Eligibility and Account Security

* Eligibility: By using this website, you represent that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding commercial transactions under applicable Egyptian laws.

* Account Responsibility: The customer is solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password, as well as for all purchases and activities occurring under their personal account.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Order Confirmation

* Product Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are final and denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, such modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and processed.

* Payment Security: All digital financial transactions are handled exclusively through secure, fully encrypted third-party payment gateways. The Store does not access, process, or store credit or debit card data.

* Order Cancellation: The Store reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Strict Shipping and Delivery Terms

* Processing vs. Transit: The Store is committed to preparing and processing orders within 1 to 3 business days before handing them over to the carrier. Shipping and transport transit times are governed strictly by external logistics providers and vary based on the customer’s geographic location.

* Accurate Data Liability: The customer bears full legal liability for providing a precise and correct shipping address and phone number. The Store shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

4. Binding Return, Exchange, and Refund Agreement

The customer explicitly agrees and declares that the following operational guidelines form a fundamental and non-negotiable contract between both parties, serving as the sole legal baseline for proof:

* Mandatory Unboxing Video: Recording a continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing video from the exact moment the shipping package is opened for the first time is a mandatory, absolute prerequisite. No claim for a refund, exchange, shortage, or breakage will be reviewed or accepted without this video.

* Lot Number Tracking: For factory-sealed full bottles, the returned item must perfectly match the production batch numbers (Lot Number / Batch Code) recorded in our inventory management system for your specific order.

* Decant Security Seal Integrity: For custom decants and splits (3, 5, 10, 25, and 50 ml), any complaint regarding leakage or shortages must show the store-specific security seals completely intact at the exact moment of unboxing within the mandatory video.

* Categorical Automatic Rejection: Any claim will be automatically and definitively rejected if the unboxing video is missing, if the Lot Number of a full bottle does not match our records, or if the decant’s security seals have been tampered with.

* 14-Day Change of Mind: Customers are entitled to return unused, unopened full bottles in their flawless original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund without incurring shipping fees. Custom decants and splits are strictly excluded from change-of-mind returns under Article 40 of the Consumer Protection Law due to their custom-made, non-resealable nature.

* 30-Day Defective Items Warranty: Claims regarding damage or transit shortages must be filed within 24 hours of receipt, backed by the mandatory video. Verified claims will result in a free replacement or a full refund processed via the original payment method within one week.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

* Asset Protection: All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Areej. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials without our explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

* Legal Boundary: Areej shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, or shipping delays caused by force majeure or errors committed by independent shipping carriers. In all events, the Store’s maximum financial liability shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product under dispute.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

* Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (primarily Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018). The competent courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

8. Amendments to the Terms

* Rights of Update: The Store reserves the absolute right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments become effective immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
