Shipping & Delivery

At Areej, we aim to provide reliable shipping. Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days, then handed to the carrier for standard delivery. This processing period does not include transit time, which varies by location and carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Quality Assurance

We care about your satisfaction and the safe arrival of your purchases. Return and exchange requests are assessed according to the condition of the product and applicable Egyptian law, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

Full Bottles / Sealed Items

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions. The product must remain unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories and any security seal intact. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after opening or using the fragrance where a legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights concerning defective products or an order that does not match what you purchased.

Decants / Splits — 3, 5, 10, 25 and 50 ml

Decants prepared to your order are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges where the legal exceptions for goods made to customer-specified requirements, or the nature and packaging of the goods, apply. Damage, shortage, defects and incorrect orders remain subject to review and your statutory consumer rights.

Damage, Breakage or Shortage on Arrival

Please inspect your delivery and report any damage, breakage or shortage within 24 hours of receipt to help us document the incident and follow up with the carrier. This is a prompt reporting period for transit damage and does not override your statutory consumer rights.

We recommend recording a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label, the external packaging before opening, and the opening of the box and removal of the products. A video helps us investigate promptly. Each claim is reviewed using the available evidence and is not automatically rejected solely because an unboxing video is unavailable.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the law. For eligible claims, replacement or reimbursement is provided at no additional cost within one week of submitting the request, with refunds made using the original payment method in accordance with legal requirements.
